Last July Soluciones Reunidas unaugurated their new corporate headquarters. Located in Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) and comprising more than 3000m2, they house the group’s headquarters and R&D&I unit. The opening ceremony was attended by the directors and main representatives of the group’s 8 delegations as well as the complete general services team.
During the event, the president and founder of the business group, Javier Ferreon, underlined that we have successfully overcome all the economic crisis cycles lived by this country thanks to the continuous improvement of our EFFICIENCY and PRODUCTIVITY. This has been possible thanks to the magnificent attitude of the employee team that makes up the group, our main asset.
Continuously improving Training and having the best and most modern machinery possible, in impeccable condition, is the basis of our progress.
For his part, Oscar Ferreon, CEO of Soluciones Reunidas, reaffirmed in his opening speech the company’s commitment to innovation and continued training. Setting up the new facilities that house the Training Centre and the Machinery R&D&I Department is a step forward in Soluciones Reunidas’ strategy to continue as a sector leader. In this sense, he noted that the R&D&I unit housed in the new facilities, will enable the group to remain securely at the forefront as regards technology and machinery, thus offering customers the best anti-corrosion solutions. Likewise, he stressed that quality of service is closely linked to our staff’s high degree of specialisation and professionalism Hence, the new corporate headquarters has an exclusive area designed for staff training. One more example of the company’s commitment to internal training.
The final touch came from the explorer and businessperson Albert Bosch, giving a motivating and inspiring talk in which ‘risk’ and ‘attitude’ were key concepts.
Bosch, known as an explorer and businessperson, has climbed the highest peaks of every continent, including Everest, and has participated in eight editions of the Paris-Dakar rally and is the only Spaniard to cross Antarctica alone.
During his speech the explorer talked about the capabilities that we all have, that can help us to carry out vital projects without having to compromise. Bosch described, using his explorations, a path that goes through a personal evolution and focuses on commitment and planning. He said that "the key is to bring value”.
The day ended with a visit to the facilities where attendees could see the new offices in which the 8 delegations and more than 400 employees will be supported, as well as the machinery park and the R&D&I department.
